You Never Can Tell
You Never Can Tell is a group of assorted, changeable (but not interchangeable) women (usually) who just want to take a break, meet a few people they don’t know, and just see what happens — because after all, you never can tell. Anyone who joins us is by definition fun, clever, smart, and ready to have a good time. You can expect no agenda — though it doesn’t mean we’re topic-less — and a great lunch (always). Take time for yourself and join us for the best Friday of your month.

Leadership Drive is for anyone who wants to sharpen their leadership abilities. You may currently be a leader or manager within the workplace, a “High Potential” who will soon be a leader within their organization, or someone who is a continual learner and sees leadership as an important skill to have. So, whatever your learning goal is, you can benefit from this monthly discussion of relevant and timely business and personal leadership topics.
The format includes relevant leadership topics/stories and facilitated discussion. Participants may also bring real-life, real-time issues to the group for a confidential discussion and feedback.
In each of the Leadership Drive meetings, there is an opportunity for participants to learn from each other, provide encouragement and even accountability! Plus, you’ll leave with an action or two, so you can apply your learnings and grow as a leader.
Leadership Drive is facilitated by CX member Kelly Byrnes, an experienced leader who has held executive leadership and management roles in a variety of organizations.

Women in Sales
The idea came from a simple cup of coffee with our founder, Ryann Dowdy, and our biggest supporter that gave us the launch pad for this community, Mike Poledna. Mike is the President of SalesLab, a sales consulting company and also the founder of KCSaaS, a community for SaaS professionals to connect, learn and grow from one another. Ryann’s passion of helping women and love of the sales profession paired with Mike’s knowledge of building communities bring us to this point!

Home and Garden Hospitality
Whether you need to host a fund-raising gala or woo that special hire, the ability to warmly welcome others into your space with aplomb is critical to business and personal success. Learn how to be that special friend or colleague who exudes hospitality in the home, at a business luncheon, or a networking event. This special interest group replaces and expands the mission of Total Yard Gardeners to help all CX members develop their personal hospitality strengths and styles. Guest speakers and panels will encourage CX members to embrace the role of host, both at home and at business and social events. The special interest group will tackle worries like "My house isn't nice enough," or "I'm not a good cook," or "I could never pull that off." We'll practice what we preach too, by continuing the tradition of Summer Garden Parties as Summer Hospitality Parties for CX members. Come expand your hospitality horizons.
