Are you looking to exchange insights & ideas with CX members? Ready to connect with the CX community on a deeper level?
- Exchange Circles, formerly Special Interest Groups, are the place to dive into even deeper community at Central Exchange.
- These discussion-based meetups gather members at the same date/time each month. (Locations vary, see below for more details). These consistent meet-ups allow you to make strong CX connections and grow your network.
- Don’t worry — you don’t have to attend every single one. Exchange Circle meetups are always inclusive — whether you’ve been before or this is your first time. Members and nonmembers alike are welcome at all Exchange Circle programs.
- Please always check the CX calendar to confirm dates and locations.
Register for an Exchange Circle on our Program Calendar. CX Members and guests are welcome.
If you have any questions, please contact the Exchange Circle leaders directly.
Take Time For You
Please join us for this confidential Exchange Circle. This monthly gathering will give members an opportunity to share what’s going well, and to get peer feedback on suggested resources. We’ll discuss how to take a few minutes for ourselves, when we have an already packed schedule. The intent is to share, support and take this 1 hour a month to just be with and support each other. This Circle will be peer led.
Whether you are a new parent, empty nester, living solo or have a different life situation, this Circle may be for you.
Meet: Virtual | First Friday of the month from 12 – 1:00 pm | Begins April 2021

You Never Can Tell
You Never Can Tell is a group of assorted, changeable (but not interchangeable) women (usually) who just want to take a break, meet a few people they don’t know, and just see what happens — because after all, you never can tell. Anyone who joins us is by definition fun, clever, smart, and ready to have a good time. You can expect no agenda — though it doesn’t mean we’re topic-less — and a great lunch (always). Take time for yourself and join us for the best Friday of your month.
“I learned to always take on things I’d never done before. Growth and comfort do not coexist.” — Ginni Rometty | Executive Chairman, IBM
Leadership Drive is for leaders eager to grow. Join this monthly conversation about a relevant leadership topic to grow in knowledge, learn from others, and identify ways to stretch yourself. The CX virtual environment is comfortable for open discussion and sharing.
Whether you are a manager or project leader, new entrant to the workforce with company leadership on the horizon, an entrepreneur leading in a variety of ways, or an executive, you are welcome to join Leadership Drive. Each month includes an introduction to a role model worth knowing about, strategic career management tips, and discussion of a topic related to leadership within a team or company. There are breakouts for small groups so the conversation can go further than Q&A.
Real discussion leads to evolving mindsets and behaviors—that’s what we’re all looking for in this Exchange Circle.
Leadership Drive is facilitated by CX Board Member Kelly Byrnes and CX member Julie Klima, two experienced leaders who have held executive leadership and management roles in a variety of organizations. Check out their LinkedIn profiles to learn more about them and to connect.
Meet: Virtual | first Tuesday of the month from 12 – 1:00 pm

Entrepreneurs Resource Group
Whether you are new to the business world, or you’re an experienced entrepreneur, this group is for YOU. ERG is an “Explore It – Do It” group — We begin by exploring an action you can take to improve your business or entrepreneurial life. We will then take the time to DO what we discussed. If you’ve been seeking a way to make true progress in your entrepreneurial journey, this group is for you. You are encouraged to attend each monthly session, however if you can’t, don’t let that keep you from attending what you can.

Culture Matters - Virtual Circle
This monthly conversation is Hosted by Kelly Byrnes of Voyage Consulting and Kathy Holmes of Holmes Connections. Our mission is to help business leaders across the globe serve their organizations and people in an honorable, relevant way: by putting people first. An organization’s culture is its shared values, attitudes, and actions. We’re focused on all three and we know it’s tough. Leadership is hard. Doing it right is harder. Doing it with relevance to today’s needs and challenges is almost impossible. That’s why we’re gathering in this space. We believe in the impossible, and we know there are millions of leaders out there who believe it too. If you’re ready to change the old way of leadership, join us! It’s all about people and workplaces because Culture Matters in business! If Culture Matters to you and your company, join the conversation.
Meet: Virtually via Zoom; 2nd Friday from 8-9 am.
