As part of Central Exchange’s Emerging Leaders curriculum, each year the different cohorts meet each other in person to learn about the power of connection and how to leverage their network.
On December 1, 2021 the in-person Pink, Green and Blue cohorts gathered at UMKC’s Bloch School of Management to connect with one another over wine and hors d’oeuvres; hear from Patti Phillips, CEO of Women Leaders in College Sports and Founder of the Women Leaders Performance Institute, as she spoke about “Building Relational Currency”; share their Leadership Brand Statement and special items that have helped shape who they are today; and as always learn from the amazing Denise Mills and Robin Sterneck.
The following day the virtual Gold and Orange cohorts had the same opportunity (albeit virtually) to connect with one another, share their Leadership Brand Statements and special items, and have the opportunity to hear Denise Kruse, CEO and Owner of , share her program “Me, Inc.”
