Emma is a retired Army Major who served on Active Duty from 1996 – 2013. She was a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) Officer and served in roles that included Special Staff CBRN Advisor; Plans and Exercises Officer; Commander (twice); Training Management Team Chief; Academic Operations Officer; and Operations Orders Manager.
