April Boyd-Noronha, also known as The STEM Broker, is currently the Global D&I Advisor and Board Member of XR Safety Initiative (XRSI). She has over 20 years of experience in academia and advanced technologies as a global keynote speaker, thought leader, and advisor on emerging trends and the future of work on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. April also is the Program Direct and Professor of Cybersecurity at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Vanessa Zambo is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications and a senior principal with a national engineering firm, Terracon. With 25 years of industry experience she leads a national team in all aspects of marketing and communications for the 165 office/6,500 employee company. Her team has enjoyed being an award-winning team inside and outside of the industry for years.

In February 2021, Danielle Binion was named the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she amplifies marginalized communities’ voices and needs. In her previous role at PREP-KC, Danielle collaborated with school districts, postsecondary institutions and various organizations to support programming that strengthens the STEMM pipelines by developing equitable learning solutions for K-12 & higher education.

As Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC), Jenny Housley oversees new business development, client retention, product development, innovation, customer experience and customer service.  Jenny previously served in executive roles at Lockton Companies. In addition to her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, Jenny is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and certified by Forrester as a CX Champion.
