On April 22, 2025, approximately 1,200 curious minds gathered for Central Exchange’s Midwest Leadership Summit, where curiosity took center stage and leaders flourished through shared learning, reflection, and connection.

This year’s theme, Cultivating Curiosity, encouraged attendees to lean into uncertainty, ask better questions, and stretch beyond what they thought they knew. From inspiring keynotes to hands-on breakout sessions, the day was packed with fresh ideas, personal insights, and real conversations that challenged the status quo.

Whether joining us in person at the Overland Park Convention Center or tuning in from across the country, participants explored new ways to lead with empathy, confidence, and an open mind.

First launched as the Women’s Leadership Lyceum and renamed the Midwest Leadership Summit in 2019, this event has grown into a nationally recognized experience for those seeking to keep growing, no matter where they are in their leadership journey.
